How to get here

By Train

From Geneva, Zurich, Basel, Berne, Milan, Germany without a change until Brig. There you change for Betten (approx. 12 km), and from Betten Station you are carried up gently to Bettmeralp by the large cable-cabin. You can book your luggage through to Bettmeralp! From the station to our hotel? No problem - in winter by snow cat, in summer by electrobus. Timetable SBB (Swiss Federal Railways)

By Car

From Geneva you drive along Lake Geneva and the Rhone, from Milan over the Simplon pass which is open all year long (or by the car transport Iselle-Brig), ), from Germany usually via Basel, Berne, Thun, Kandersteg (where you can put your car through the Lötschberg tunnel every 30 minutes or so), then to Brig, and finally 12 more km to Betten. Or from Zurich district or Lucerne or Gotthard through the Furka tunnel with your car on the train (open all year round) to the Rhone valley and on to Betten. There you can park your car in the multi-storey car park and travel high up to car-free Bettmeralp in the large cable-cabin!
